Can be buggy but does work

The software works but I think it tries to do too much sometimes and gets confused. It might keep ringing on my computer while I am talking on my phone. It sometimes doesn’t realise that I have hung up on calls. But I do like having the software. I would rather have it than not.

Always having issues

I’m always having connectivity issues with the phone and the app. It’s extremely frustrating. There is also no retention of chat history at all. The support options are ridiculous.

Frustrating

Another Microsoft product that doesn’t work as it should. Often doesn’t load when Windows starts, which is very frustrating.

Phone function does not work very well

The person I'm calling can't hear me when I use headphones connected via an aux cord to my computer. However, the same headphones work fine with WhatsApp and Teams, which I also have on my computer.

Its ok. Dosnt always work.

Doesn’t Work with iPhone 14

Whatever I try I can not get this app to consistently link to my iPhone 14 for calls and messages. It does pick up notifications.

Not connected

IVE WASTED TWO DAYS AND BOTH OF THEM ARE CONNECTED ON BLUETOOTH BUT THE LINK APP STILL WONT CONNECT TO MY PHONE

Phone link still in beta?

This app is poor. It frequently does not pair or only partially pairs. Microsoft missed a golden opportunity to link this to outlook, essentially this appears to be a beta or worse app.
