When the software works, it is brilliant, but it can be a bit glitchy

Phone link is going smoothly sound quality great

I love use this service on my laptop. I can connect my phone & see all of my notifications, messages etc without having to pick up my phone…

Ok, but not great.

After resetting phone link a number of times, I managed to get this half working. Notifications and contact sync work fine. Messages half work. I can send from my PC but replies, or any conversation for that matter, don’t show up. Calls does not work at all. The calls tab says my phone isn’t connected and phone link needs to be reset when the rest of the app is working as described above.

Switch Off Enable Audio Enhancements !

Now perfect for me. My Issue and Fix in case others have same issue - a quick google and I can see I am not alone! It might be my hardware but others could hardly hear me. They could hear me perfectly on other software like WhatsApp for windows but not the phone link app. I wasted hours trying to fix and found that all I had to do was go to System/Sound/Microphone Array/ Audio Enhancements and toggle off!

Great app making life easier

I have downloaded this today and have been using it to good effect. I also have a Bluetooth speaker which is connected to the computer which helps to improve the quality of the call. I think you using it through the computer microphone and speaker the quality is not as good.
