Der Prozess zum Sinnen von Geräten ist unglaublich unzureichend beschrieben ist und nur, in ebenfalls unzureichender, aber detaillierter Form im Internet auffindbar.

Nach durchforsten von FAQ und Artikeln auf den Hilfeseiten, habe ich Stunden verbracht, meinen Router entsprechend u konfigurieren um zu 1000% sicherzustellen, dass alle Anforderungen erfüllt.

Alles für die Katz!

Total Banane ist, dass die Leuchte dauerhaft an ist (trotz Bewegungssensor) weil die Lampe nicht durch die App konfiguriert werden kann!

Das steht übrigens auch nicht auf dem Produkt, nur in der Anleitung im Internet.

Ich habe dieses Gerät nun ca. 4 Jahre. Wenn es einmal installiert ist und auch läuft alles in Ordnung. Aber wehe man ändert was, Routerpasswort etc. Jedes Mal danach Probleme mit der Installation bzw. Änderung. Nach unzähligen Versuchen ist das Gerät dann plötzlich wieder da und läuft. Nun hab ich wieder das Problem, da neuer Router, jetzt finde ich das Gerät überhaupt nicht mehr. So langsam ist es wirklich nervend Stunden mit der Installation zu verbringen, wo es doch so schnell gehen könnte.

Nach einem Jahr und ca. vier Monaten stieg das Gerät aus und lässt sich nicht mehr verbinden. Das Gerät wird entsorgt und wir schwenken auf den Mitwettbewerber um.

Ich dachte wirklich das ich ein gutes Produkt gekauft habe aber die Steckdosen sind eine Katastrophe. Sie lassen sich nicht verbinden obwohl ich das Internet angepasst habe. Ich werde sie heute zurückbringen und mir andere kaufen. Das war frustrierend und ich scheine nicht die einzige zu sein.
