Toxic platform
This is probably the most toxic platform in existence. It surpasses Facebook, TikTok and others.
It's all smoke and mirrors, fake professionalism and corporate appearances.
The app itself only shows what it wants to show, regardless if it's not meaningful or useful to you. All it does is chase engagement.
The amount of "suggested" posts is disgusting. You can temporarily hide them but they never go away. And then when you come back it all those hidden posts come back again.
It's worse than some insisting and annoying promoter incessantly handing you flyers on the street, and even after you said no, they keep invading your privacy and making you see things you never asked for.
I only go there to explore for potential job opportunities given that unfortunately a lot of employers post there. But the search, filters and all the tools to search are simply useless. It's just a game to show you more and more to keep you inside the app going in circles and 'engaged'.
Zero intention to provide real value. Zero intention to create a useful community. It's all pretentious and fakery and it's disgusting.
Ban TikTok? - Ha... ban LinkedIn.
Performative, useless and won’t stop emailing me
This app of for performative corporate bootlickers at best. It has no real function and is beyond soul less. I also unsubscribe from emails from them almost daily and still somehow they put me on another mailing list.
Please don’t treat users like dummies
Being forced to download the app in order to verify your account is a cheap and unnecessary tactic.
Constantly crashing!
Poor support, app crashes the phone when trying to exit even after 15 version updates in a month.. and support are asking for a screenshot 😳

very limited app. Seek and Indeed seem to be better at helping you find a job easier and faster.
Great app but one issue
I don’t usually write reviews but I’ve had to in the hopes that someone from LinkedIn will see. However, if something has been like this for a while I doubt a change will occur.
The way the app is set up is very good and easy to navigate. However, ever since I can remember, there has ALWAYS been a lag in the jobs search section. When you do a search, the further down the jobs you scroll it always seems to lag and eventually freeze. I’d expect better from LinkedIn. Seems to work fine when you go to a company page and look through the jobs section. Is the app trying to load 10,000 jobs at once whilst I’m scrolling? Im sure you guys can find a workaround.
Auto refresh is appalling
Reading a post, take too long and it refreshes, with that post sometimes impossible to find again. Reviewing your connections, take an age finding the right person, get distracted and it refreshes to your feed. Absolutely awful user experience!
New update is just awful
Can you revert to old app without AI? There is no need to make guinea pigs of users!
Horrific Performance
I’m not sure I’ve ever used a worse performing app on iOS. The lag when scrolling job postings (on a iPhone 15 Pro Max!) quickly makes the app completely unusable. Unacceptable from a company with the resources that Microsoft has.

There is nothing good about this platform, made worse by them trying to force engagement on you with fake notifications. Just a wannabe social media
