Irritated by "Catch Up" thing
I like to keep an eye on my network and connection requests (invitations). Previously, the notification badge on MY NETWORK icon would tell the number of new connection requests/ invitations. Now its mixed up badly with CATCH UP thing. Every-time I see a big number on network icon, it reveals after clicking that most of it was related to catch up section, which honestly I don't care much about. In short, I would like to see the catch up thing completely separated from Grow section. I really hope this make sense and soon we will see the both sections separated.

unable to report a bug in help center
I have been accepting requests and people have been accepting my connection requests but I am unable to see them as a connection. My connections remain at 6114 no matter how many requests I accept and how many of my requests are accepted. I am a premium member and its not about my weekly limit. I get connection acceptance updates and I get an update when I accept a connection but in both cases, my total connections remain the same. I am unable to connect with potential employees and my customers due to this problem and there is no place to report it.

I downloaded app few months back and created account, after few days they asked me to prove identity by giving ID card, although it’s totally wrong to ask for ID but still I provided my identity, but guess what, persona can’t verify identity because it can only verify IDs from few selected countries, then why the hell you guys ask for identity if you can’t verify, I send email to customer support team and they opened my account, I use that with extra precaution so that I don’t have to face issues again, and guess what, they again closed it without giving reason, I never applied for job in this time, never sent message to anyone, never bought any premium service still I faced this much issues, I am not able to understand how the hell this company is operating, there spam detection system only detect people with right intentions that are already struggling, you guys deserve lowest rating possible for making your customers life miserable.

Persona Verification
It keeps asking for Persona Verification and when we proceed to do it it says “we could not identify your identity”. I’ve created two accounts in this regard and both of them got restricted due to the same issue.
I opened an account by my second name along with my father’s name, that is my preferred name. And since it doesn’t match the persona verification’s terms, they keep denying my identity. Please fix the issue.
