### ***-- "Good but could be better"
This app works well for certain features like messaging but would be better if it pushed real time updates. As a parent, I would prefer to see updates throughout the day.
-- Magmount, 2026-02-04

### *---- "Doesn’t send messages reliably…"
Up to date app, still doesn’t send
-- Josh N 1122, 2025-12-02

### *---- "App stops updating often."
I have to delete and re-download this app every couple weeks or so because it just stops working completely. I’ve given up and just check my email instead for the updates.
-- bb8whisperer, 2025-11-04

### *---- "Why not improve the app"
This app was called tadpoles and I think they changed the name because reviews are so bad. The two apps are exact same! Why don’t you improve your app? If it is bad no matter what name your change you will get bad reviews anyway
-- Marina458, 2025-09-19

### **--- "Ugh"
Love that you can receive pictures, updates, and message the teacher through it and all. But I haven’t been able to do any of that because it never refreshes and always freezes. Please fix these bugs and glitches because it’s a little frustrating when you’re wanting to see updates on your children. I looked to see if it needed updates but to no avail. I hope you guys figure something out because I know I’m not the only one experiencing this.
-- ambraxas, 2025-08-25

### *---- "Needs improvements"
Please look at implementing a live-update on activities. As a parent, it would be nice to see what my child is doing throughout the day rather than just sending the report at checkout.
-- Love WSJ!, 2025-01-23

### **--- "Bugs"
Have too delete app and redownload I order too see anything. Gets stuck on one week n then nothing till i redownload it won’t let me refresh.
-- Momma nai, 2023-02-28

### *---- "No ability to save images to camera roll"
Have used other apps that were seamless, user friendly/intuitive. This app is clunky and can’t save images to camera roll.
-- deeznutz290, 2022-11-16

### **--- "Messages and push notifications"
I like the idea of this app and the ability to message my child’s teacher. However, when I go to write a message back to her, the screen reverts all the way back to the very first message so I have to scroll scroll scroll to get back down to what her teacher last said in order to respond. Also, when I do respond, I’ll get a push notification-of my OWN response-hours after I’ve sent it. Please fix both of these issues soon!
-- rg1519, 2022-10-12

### **--- "No real time updates? Seriously?"
I enjoy the daily reports, but you only receive the daily reports AFTER you check your child out. In other words, you won’t see if your child ate or sleep until you sign them out. In my opinion, this is serious design flaw. Have questions about your child’s daily report? Guess what, you most likely won’t remember to ask them because you’ll see it after you already left the facility.
