I used to use the linkt widget all the time why did you remove it?

Top up balance missing

Very hard to find “ top up balance “

Failed to link toll notices to account

Have money in my Linkt account and have attempted to link toll notices to the account to pay them. This process does not work and I am unable to pay the tolls using the money in my Linkt account. Please fix the system so that it works as described and stop wasting people’s time.

Needs more work to make it more yseful

Given that tolls are astronomically high you think that this app might make it easier to query any unexpected charges? But it doesn’t… so while it’s quite pretty it’s not very helpful in resolving problems. I had a bogus 55c “tag not present” fee and on principle i am not giving these highway robbers another cent but it took 10 minutes of battling IVR and call centre staff to get through and get the charge reversed- a huge waste of my time AND call centre staff resources

This app is now spamming me with discounts

What is wrong with modern developers? Don’t use notifications to offer discounts on separate products that we don’t want. Especially if it’s an app that is for an important service like Tolls. I want to be able to get notifications from this app, but not if I’m being spammed with ads, so now I have to turn them all off. This isn’t a Freemium game. Have some respect for your app.

Most complicated thing I have ever used

Complete failure

Downloaded the app today and it won’t open. Tried numerous times as I want to add a car to our account as we will be using the freeway today. The website looks like it’s crashed as well as it says to try again later!!
