Linktree: Link in Bio Creator

I created an account a few weeks ago and claimed it on the website. I added it to my social media and then when I tried to login onto the app my password was incorrect. I then tried to reset it via email. Its saying my email does not exist as well as my account. I tried to re-log on the website still nothing I tried to reset password multiple ways but nothing works. Whenever I put my username in it takes me to a site claiming the same username that already exists. FIX THIS

I’m extremely disappointed as an influencer my Affiliate links from Amazon link checker , which are all applicable and got the green ✅Link tree tells me there is an issue with every single one of them! And yes all my https:/ ( url ) are correct . Never had an issue before until the last few months.

LinkTree is doing nothing for me. It promised it would grow my social media but no positive change.

Why can’t I simply just get past the first screen imagine downloading an app just for it to say “error creating an account” EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU PRESS CONTINUE! What account are you creating all you’re asking is what category I fall in….

Poor customer service. My store doesn’t work. All the collections I recommended and items I have put in there do not reflect in the live version. Too much money for crappy service

I try to move my links around to order them and they move in the opposite direction I am moving them to. Completely useless

I neverrrr write reviews but I couldn’t be more disappointed in Linktree. I see so many big creators using it but it’s SO GLITCHY! It’s constantly telling me I need to restart the app or that there is an issue. I mean like every 10 seconds. This is by far one of the worst apps I’ve ever used and I will be finding an alternative. If you try to use it to share Amazon products it all but self destructs the app.

The user experience on mobile is awful. Adding a link to a grouping of links and reordering are both a nightmare. The interface is too sensitive to the touch. Opening a link can make it open a thousand of times.
