## Linphone Description
Linphone is an open source internet SIP phone or Voice Over IP phone (VoIP).

Linphone is an open source app offering free audio/video calls and text messaging. With Linphone, you can be reachable at any time, even if the app is closed, with a WiFi or 3G/4G internet connection.

Linphone key features:
* high definition audio and video calls
* audio conference calls with various participants
* pictures and file sharing
* Linphone accounts reachable at any time, even if the app is closed (thanks to push notifications)
* secure communication (encryption options)
* compliant with a large number of SIP-compatible VoIP service providers allowing to reach everyone that has a "classic" phone line.

Incoming calls using the push notification ring on my phone but doesn't connect to the caller side. On my device when answered, I see the timer starts and then the call disconnect. This happens when the app is closed. If i open the app and the connection is connected, incoming calls will connect both side and can be answered.

Please include dial plans, or just a simple rule to strip any user defined prefix while dialing. Even the setting to replace + with 00 does not work.

As a result I find myself always editing my contacts to remove or change prefixes that my PBX won't understand.
