So kann man nicht effektiv seinen Workspace strukturieren und ein Hauptvorteil der App geht verloren. Bei so einem Preis sollten wenigstens die Basics zuverlässig funktionieren! Nur wenn man ein zusätzliches, recht hochpreisiges Abo abschließt, ist die Synchronisation mit drin. Für mich bedeutet das: Ich kaufe mir auf keinen Fall die Mac-Version und schließe kein Abo ab. Leider kann ich dann nur auf dem iPad mit dem Programm arbeiten. Vorsicht, Finger weg, so lange dieses Problem nicht behoben ist: Ich hab die teure Vollversion von LiquidText gekauft, nutze mehrere Geräte. Nun möchte ich zwei ältere Geräte verkaufen und neue Macs nutzen und mich dazu auf den älteren Geräten von LiquidText ausloggen/abmelden, um meine Lizenzen nicht zu verlieren. ES IST NICHT MÖGLICH!? Einmal eingeloggt, gibt das Programm den Account bzw. die Lizenz nie wieder frei. Auch löschen und neu installieren hilft nicht und einen neuen Account kann man auch nicht kreieren. Ich bin seit einer Woche im Kontakt mit dem Service. Auch sie können bisher nicht helfen. Was, bitte soll das? So, wie es aussieht, hab ich nun sehr viel Geld zum Fenster rausgeworfen, denn wenn ich das Programm nicht mit meinen neuen Geräten nutzen kann, ist es für mich leider sinnlos. Ich bin natürlich extrem verärgert und fassungslos. Apple hilft auch nicht weiter, weil das Programm ja erst einmal "gratis" ist. Es ist daher nichtmal möglich, das Problem bei Apple zu melden. Und Erstattung (die man ja nicht begründen kann, weil dafür gar keine Eingabemaske angeboten wird) wird automatisch abgelehnt. Ich wäre gezwungen, ein teures Abo, Modell einzugehen, mit Funktion, die ich nicht brauche. Ich habe ein funktionierendes Produkt gekauft und jetzt wird es vom Hersteller bewusst beschädigt. Wer so etwas einmal macht, macht es auch ein zweites Mal. Irgendwann funktioniert auch das Abo Modell nicht mehr und man muss auf ein noch teures Premium Abo umsteigen. So ein Auto würden sie nicht kaufen, dass plötzlich nur noch zwei Gänge hat und auf 80 km beschränkt ist – es sei denn Sie schließen ein Abo ab. So nicht !,,,ein gekauftes Produkt muss seine Funktionalität behalten! Aber die Sonderleistung im Abomodell sind auch minimal und nur für wenige Leute wirklich nützlich. Dann muss man schon das bestehende Produkt beschädigen. Kommt auf die schwarze Liste. -- Henning13, 2023-12-21 ### ***-- "Digital super Leistungsstark, analog aber ein Krampf" Ich nutze Liquidtext in der Uni zur Sichtung und Sammlung Verknüpfung von Quellen für Hausarbeiten und zur Lernzettelerstellung in einfachem Modulen mit ausführlichen Skripten. Hier ist das Tool super leistungsstark. Und Sync in der gekauften Version wäre cool - Ich hab LiquidText schon für IPad und für Mac quasi doppelt gekauft - da wäre ein Sync nett und wie ich finde bei dem Preis angebracht. Zumal eine Nutzung mit Liquidtext auf iPad und Writer auf Mac durch eben fehlenden Sync nervig ist. DIe Bedienung ist teilweise etwas unintuitiv und manchmal hat die Liquidtext kleine Aufhänger. Hat man LT aber verstanden und sich durch die Einstellung soweit gequält dass man ein ordentliches Dokument daraus erstellen kann ist es echt mega leistungsstark.
