Bought a year’s subscription. Previously it worked okay, but last time I can’t save the video with white subtitles, and also video doesn’t save with any color, which was chosen by me in app.  No matter which color of background of words I choose, no matter which type or style of words - in the app before saving it shows the right color and after saving it shows just black and some shades of grey. 
Please do smth with that, cause I paid money to use this app, not to look for another ones to pay again
