「我的心率」的界面設計類似於真實的「脈搏血氧儀」，它讓你隨時隨地監控你的心率，尤其在運動前後。如果在「設置頁面」輸入您的年齡，本軟件將會為你計算「最高心率」和「目標心率」對應於適中和劇烈運動。在這設定下，心率測量後亦會顯示你的最高心率的百分比。
測量心率的步驟和主要功能：
(1) 請將左手食指的指尖放到後置鏡頭上。
(2) 請確保您的指尖完全蓋住鏡頭與相機視窗出現全紅的顏色。
(3) 按下開始鍵開始測量。
(4) 保持您的指尖穩定約10秒，您的心率和脈衝圖形將會顯示。當脈衝圖穩定後按停止鍵後便能獲到最終的測量。
(5) 如在設定頁輸入您的年齡，本軟件將計算最高心率和目標心率。在心率測量後亦會顯示你的最高心率的百分比。
(6) 在設定頁可啟動30秒後自動停止測量及聲音。
注意：如果您的設備不具備閃光燈，請務必在光線充足的環境下使用本軟件。
提醒: 本程式會與iOS的健康程式連接，以用來整合你的心跳數據。

Seems to work
The display is wonky on an iPhone 6, but it does seem to work after you get past the obnoxious full-screen ads.

I order this by total mistake and would like a refund

It's a waste of time.
it doesn't work!
no matter how many times I tried, it just said to cover the camera with my finger. I couldn't find any way to make it work. waste of time and storage space.
