Lite n’ Easy’s new and improved app has been designed to help you achieve your weight loss goals sooner with features like weekly weight loss tracking, body measurement tracking, easy access to your weekly menus, and our ActiveATE guided video exercise program.

ActiveATE covers a range of fitness levels from beginner, to intermediate to advanced. The program consists of cardio and strength-building exercises. All workouts are supported by guided videos. Each week includes strength training workouts and guided 30 minute cardio sessions. Minimal equipment is required to participate in the ActiveATE program, outside of the Lite n’ Easy resistance bands which can be purchased via the Lite n’ Easy website with any meal plan order.
There’s also ongoing support and motivational messages as well as tips and advice from the Lite n’ Easy Dietitians and Well-Being Advisors to keep you on track with your health goals.

Is Lite n' Easy free?
Yes, Lite n' Easy is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Lite n' Easy legit?
⚠️ The Lite n' Easy app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Installed on iPad Pro. Buggy mess. Can’t enter address because the keyboard numbers don’t function, only letters, so no way of typing street number.
No continue with Apple ID option.
App is phone size on iPad.
I just wanted to see if we could order meals through the app but couldn’t even create an account.
Convenient
App is fairly easy to use and I like that I can view my meals on my phone.
If would be great if you could assign dinners to particular days or be able to mark them as eaten so you could see what options are left
Needs an update
I really enjoy being on lite n easy .On the app it said I will be able to view my meals on the day of my delivery but it never shows up , I tried restarting and refreshing the app but nothing works , super frustrating. If you delete the app and then re-download load it you lose all the progress you have done and have to start again .
Needs improvement
App is good for menu and ordering but the workout program won’t work if I’m on a treadmill and not “moving”. Would be good if it tied in with Apple Watch too…
Menu mishaps
The app never syncs to the menu I have selected. It’s like a kinder surprise, but there is no joy!

Can be better
This App is extremely basic. The usability & customisation needs attention. And for older people the lettering is too small.
Doesn’t track exercise across devices
I like the app but it could be improved by showing saved exercises across devices. Also it would be a good idea to have music on the exercise modules, thus making exercise more enjoyable.
Pin? What pin? Didn’t set one up….
Why can you reset your password, but not a PIN number? Don’t remember ever setting up a PIN number . Quite frustrating
Bugs galore and unusable
So much basic problems:
1. Login: PITA having to keep using pin. Use face id if you really need to secure it (not sure why). Also remember which user I am on my phone.
2. Orders: If you every amend an order (ie cancel and resubmit) you end up with both orders appearing in the app. E.g a breakfast from 1st order will appear on a day you no longer have a breakfast There dinner list includes dinners from bother orders!
3. Frequently misses meals in app. Not fixed by hitting refresh. Often only picture and no description.
4. Can’t see previous days menu. So if you miss a day you can’t see what it was you missed.
5. Can’t even fallback to email as the formatting is so bad it’s hard to tell what meal is what say and even what if a meal is breakfast lunch or dinner.
