Unblock chapter fails
I've been having some problems unlocking new chapters in your Literie application, I recently signed up for the €22.99 monthly subscription plan.
According to the information in your app, I should receive 35 vouchers every time I check in, but today that didn't happen. Furthermore, when I unlocked chapters today, this unlock failed twice, but vouchers were spent nevertheless. Also when I updated recently, the vouchers went to 0, when I had some already accumulated.
There are already many failures in a row. I would like to see the problem resolved and have the vouchers that were lost in these bugs returned as soon as possible.
