Unreasonable Banning and Slow Response from Customer Service

I was recently banned from this app for a picture of myself lying on my bed and there was nothing inappropriate in the image. I received no warning or explanation for the ban, and my attempts to contact support have been unsuccessful. This ban is completely unreasonable and demonstrates a lack of transparency and fairness from Litmatch. The app's guidelines are unclear, and their enforcement is inconsistent. I urge Litmatch to review their policies and ensure that bans are only issued for legitimate violations. I want Litmatch to provide a clear and specific guidelines for an acceptable content, offer a transparent appeal process for user like me who believe that have been unfairly banned, and to respond to user inquiries in a timely and effective manner. Until this changes are made l, I cannot recommend Litmatch as safe and fair platform for users.

Someone bully me cursing words that i didnt know him on this app then I submit a report but having no violation or any legal penalty??? This is worst when reporting many rude or pervert on this app, I'll delete this app since all of that ppl on the app so much dumb and weird asf like this app tolerate that kind of thing, so disgusting! Even some of the minors here faking their age and saying vulgar words so messed up! Bye

Date bug

I've used this app way way back before and when my friend downloaded it from my phone the date changed from 8:30 (which is right now) instead of a couple months ago, now i'm getting cooked coz she thought i was talking with someone else. Is this a bug? i just wanna know

Slow action/bug

Whenever I attempt to send gifts, arrange a rain event, enjoy the skywheel, or visit the crystal park, an error message appears stating that my account is abnormal and advises me to contact the official support. I have already reached out to the official support and submitted a report, but the issue persists. Although I received a response acknowledging my feedback, I am still unable to utilize my diamonds. I am uncertain why it is taking such a long time for you to resolve this problem. Consequently, I am unable to utilize my account in the same manner as before.
