## Litmos Reviews in United States

### **--- "Not the best"
Clunky, often freezes and does not work
Does not recognize my face often
-- Jgshf, 2024-10-05

### ****- "great but"
crashes too frequently
-- rdipasquale, 2024-08-21

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
I can access the website fine on my computer with no issues but I can’t login on this app and it says my password is wrong. I’ve tried everything, even changing my password, still no luck. Completely unusable.
-- Carebear2575, 2024-03-26

### *---- "Links don’t work"
It still doesn’t work. Anytime they want me to click on a link to renew policies, I can’t go back to my course without starting all over.
-- Ilovethisappfrfrfrfrde, 2024-03-23

### *---- "Too many errors"
I have had to redo modules too many times due to errors that pop up in the app. The app does not work, you have to use the desktop version. This happened last year, and I thought that by now they would have it fixed. My company makes us use this app, so I don’t even have a choice. Many wasted hours of watching the module, taking the test, only to have it not register that it was completed. This needs to be fixed now. I am definitely voicing my concerns to my company, and maybe they will find another provider for this training.
-- la0876, 2024-03-22

### **--- "Server issue"
Im trying to access my courses but 80% of the time is says “500 internal server error” please fix your app
-- Murd3rized, 2024-02-25

### *---- "Crashing"
App keeps crashing, I am locked out and I can’t login in. Login keeps spinning and doing nothing. This happened yesterday and now.
-- kdnfglkandofknaeof, 2024-02-09

### *---- "Requires better experience"
UX is not user friendly. Also, It opens a video as soon as I log on and I have to exit out. Also, when I click a link and it opens inside the app, I can't get back to where I was. Litmos does a bad job at taking the content from the web version and putting it in an app format.
-- MagicTechAR, 2024-01-31

### *---- "Litmos has limited utility ."
Litmos needs to be updated to work on Apple products and devices.
-- GirlHardy, 2024-01-18

### *---- "Does not work"
Getting an error message that says “unsupported URL” when I try to log in with my work credentials.
-- N.Renae86, 2024-01-14
