Не загружает покупки аккаунта. Не показывает книги, которые были купены ранее. Не дает возможность перелогиниться.
Жадность фраера погубит
Акция 3+1 Купил позавчера 3 книги и сразу приметил 4-ю по цене, чтоб проходила по условиям акции По акции вышла ошибка, с ios в поддержку кнопка отправить сообщение не активна Прошло 24 часа - не успел. Думаю ну фиг с ним, был баг и ладно Сегодня Обнаружил, что позавчера из одной серии книг, купил 1-ю и 4-ю из серии. Думаю нужно по порядку слушать На книги из серии 2-а цена стоит: Скидка, старая цена 3990, новая 4490 - думаю странная скидка, ну ладно купил Моментально, третья книга из серии которая была 3990 стала стоить 5490 Вы охренели? Я теперь понял, почему по акции не смог взять ту книгу которую хотел Скидка => переименуйте в надбавка Ну а повышать цену на глазах => после того как я купил 3-ри книги из серии - вы глупые
Нужно доработать приложение
Книги не скачиваются, хоть и оплачены. Книга в подарок не предоставляется. служба поддержки отвечает по шаблону.
Задумка прекрасная, техническая реализация слабая
Все мне нравится в приложение: поиск, оформление, организация библиотек. Но как доходит дело до скачивания начинается беда. Несмотря на 80 мб wifi одна книга может качаться часами. Нельзя закрывать приложение, потому как это останавливает закачку. Закачка может в любой момент зависнуть и отказаться качаться дальше. Одновременная закачка нескольких книг не удаётся. Я сейчас в далёкой поездке и остался без книг. По совету поддержки я переустановил приложение и все закачки слетели.
Have been charging me more money, than price on their website
I loved this app for a long time. Bought many audiobooks. The app always billed in Euros. But I am in Kazakhstan, and the app is in Russian. Today, after years of buying books I noticed that price here in the app is much higher than on their website (quoted in Rubles and Tenge). Is it because when you buy through app Appstore it charges more commission? But this shouldn’t be born by the buyers…
Все отлично кроме выбора книг
Очень жаль что нельзя все три книги брать на свой выбор, чаще всего выходит что в вашей подборке месяца не оказывается ничего подходящего, только из за этого это будет последний месяц когда я пользуюсь вашим сервисом(
Абонемент
Я купила абонемент на прослушивание 3х книг в месяц за 299р. Скачала одну , другие больше нельзя скачать , что за обман ? Куда обращаться ?
litres abonement not showing in app
I bought a litres abonement yesterday but can only access it through website. The app does not display my purchases and is proposing me to buy the abonement - again.
