Если читаешь аудиокнигу по подписке, то нельзя загрузить книгу, а не загрузив, книга постоянно недозагружается и тормозит
Есть две проблемы при использовании приложения.
Иногда при открытии приложении зависает и нужно открывать по-новой. Такая проблема каждое утро. Вторая проблема связана со скоростью воспроизведения аудиокниг. Я привыкла слушать книги на скорости 1.5, но иногда скорость слетает сама до 1, это слышно, но в приложении все еще написано 1.5. Мне приходится вручную ставить 1, а потом снова 1.5, чтобы скорость вернулась на привычную мне.
Постоянно глючить приложение
Постоянно глючит приложение. Купленные книги не открываются. Следовал бессмысленным советам тех поддержки которые не помогают. Купленные книги так и не открылись и не было возврата денег. Но больше всего разочаровывает то, что планируешь спокойный вечер с любимой книгой и тебя круто обламывает не работающие приложения. Советую искать альтернативные приложения.
Исправьте последнюю версию плз!
Хорошее приложение, но последняя версия постоянно зависает и это очень злит. Переустановила приложение раз 15 наверно и все равно не помогло.
Working awfully since 2024
The app used to work well, but since the very end of 2023, I’ve had to reinstall it around 16 times, each time to continue reading my books. I’d love to download the books and just get rid of the app for good, but it’s not possible. The company is not reacting on my messages, so no more purchase here
There is def a bug
I’m reading drafts and the app doesn’t update new chapters when they are out. I have to reinstall app again and again
