## Litro Home Delivery Reviews in Sri Lanka

### *---- "Useless app"

-- jj180818, 2026-03-13

### *---- "Useless app"
There is no response to orders👎👎👎🤬
-- Cooleex, 2026-02-25

### *---- "No dealers"
How can there be no dealers in my area? I’m in a highly urban area in Colombo
-- Thisuri_Rojie, 2025-11-24

### *---- "Useless"
Order says accepted yet never gets delivered. Waste of time
-- Pandhaa.11, 2025-07-29

### *---- "Horrible Agents"
As a new customer switching from Laugh Gas to Litro, I was initially excited to try their service. When I checked with local Litro agents for a 12.5kg new gas cylinder, I was shocked to hear the price quoted: Rs. 18,000 to 20,000 just for the empty cylinder, plus Rs. 3,500 for the gas refill.

That seemed unreasonable, so I called Litro’s hotline directly. To my surprise, the customer care agent informed me that I could place an order through their official app and get a brand new cylinder + gas for Rs. 15,590, which sounded like a good deal.

I immediately downloaded the app and placed my order on 1st July 2025. Within 30 minutes, the order was accepted – but surprisingly, it was assigned to the same local dealer who quoted me the high price earlier. He didn’t contact me on Day 1. On the next day (2nd July) in the evening, he finally called, asked for the location (which he already knew), and then abruptly ended the call. Today is 3rd July, and I still haven’t received any update or delivery.

Including the delivery fee, my total cost was Rs. 15,990, which I was ready to pay. But now I suspect that the dealer is purposefully delaying the order, likely hoping I’ll cancel it on the app and then be forced to buy directly from him at the inflated price. If this is happening to others, it’s extremely concerning.

Litro, can’t you monitor your delivery partners more strictly and ensure customers aren’t manipulated or ignored like this? A trusted national brand should not allow local dealers to exploit customers this way.

Hoping to see improvements soon

### ***** "Improvement"
add card payment method.
-- shanwcc, 2024-10-28

### *---- "Absolutely Rubbish"
It’s been 3 months since I installed this app and not a single time have I been able to get any gas even though it says ORDER ACCEPTED by the dealer! Even after 4 hours of waiting. At least have a contact number for the dealer so that we can call and check the status! I sincerely hope Apple gets aware of all the negative comments for this app and removes it from the App Store! Absolutely rubbish!
-- Denni2579, 2024-04-13

### ***-- "Good concept, good app but not useful"
No suppliers available all the time, even when app is great, useless service for me! Maybe needs to expand! Please consider.
-- JAHMK, 2024-03-06

### ***** "Useful App"
The app is so useful.. Recommended for others.
-- Saćh, 2022-08-15

### ****- "App crashes when switched to Orders mode"
iPhone 13 Pro model, tried switching to the orders part and the app crashes
