Just frustrating

I got an email saying LBB misses me and I had a $2 reward. Tried to use it but the Division location that is close to me didn’t show up in the app. I picked a different location and found that it didn’t reflect the award in my account.

Great experience ordering through the app. The app tries to ask for a lot of unnecessary permissions, knocking off 1 star

Yummy little burger and fries but the app and redeeming points/rewards is awful.

I put the wrong email and it didn’t let me change it, so my account couldn’t be completed. The whole app is just so awful and has really poor features.

Easy interface, but it would be AWESOME if you had a comments section. Im vegetarian and order beyond burgers and the last 3/5 times I’ve ordered online, they’ve been beef patties instead… so I feel like maybe a comments section would be helpful to emphasize specific needs in orders?

Really wanted to try but when I try to order through the app, I’m not able to enter/find a location outside of Oregon (I live in NC).

Come on by Chicken sandwiches and other choices and I love to drink Cheerwine and eat an ice cream sandwich while I wait for my order

These little guys never disappoint. And they aren’t that small either. They are dressed up nicely and are just Delicious. I love em, my wife loves em, that’s a win win!
