There are many free kids app for babies but most of them are low quality. I love this one for the educational concept.

I love this game! It does not take up much battery and you do not need to distract your child for youtube video Dora the explorer, the game will do that for you! A baby will take your ipad with it’s tiny hands and will play it for hours! Just turn on the music! Done! :) Also, you don’t need WiFi to play. I love customizing and unlocking levels with animals. Moy ssense & yt!
