### *---- "Pricing scam but good product"
The product itself is very good and helpful, but their pricing strategy is misleading, scammy and unfair to long term loyal clients. 

We’ve been paying £20 a month for over two years for a total of over £500.
We recently realised that they now sell the whole package for £60 with unlimited use.

We cancelled the monthly subscription and reached out to support to get switched on the new pricing. We expected to be done for free given we’ve already paid 8x the new amount but they are telling us that we still need to pay the £60.

### ***-- "Good sleep programme clunky app"
The sleep programme itself is excellent and I like that it will adjust the schedule as you input daily feeds and sleeps. However the input functions are limited and clunky compared to other apps. There is no facility to add medication for instance or pumping time both of which I’ve found very useful. In addition I think the cancellation policy is completely flawed, I bought the full package but soon realised we weren’t ready to start and requested cancellation the same day but received a Kurt reply to say their policy was cancellation only after two weeks use. As predicted we weren’t ready me didn’t use it. I would most certainly have bought it again once we were ready but now feel I have no choice and it doesn’t do all I need it to.

### *---- "Unsuitable for baby-led approaches, with bogus money back guarantee…"
Although this app markets itself as following more gentle approaches than the traditional CIO and CC methods, once you’re in the app all the sleep methods require adherence to a strict sleep schedule, even for tiny babies.  If this is not your desired parenting approach, then the app is useless.  

I was in two minds about purchasing, but thought I’d give it a go given there is a money back guarantee… however, this part of the marketing was also misleading… in order to be eligible for a refund, you have to have both ‘not accessed the content’ as well as ‘applied the methods for 14 days’.  Ie, they have written conditions around the guarantee that make it impossible for anyone to be eligible for it.  

I feel very disappointed and like I’ve been conned by the marketing into purchasing a product that is unsuitable for my parenting style and my very attached young baby.  

If you’re after an app that can be applied to a baby-led approach, that also has (genuine) baby sleep experts who can analyse your specific data, you’re better off with Huckleberry… it’s worth the additional expense.

### ***** "Absolute game changer"
My husband and I were at the end of our tether when we couldn’t get our baby to sleep. We had tried other sleep programmes with no success. This app has helped us get into a a good routine for naps in the day which then helped her sleep at night. The feed and nappy trackers are also fab so it’s all in one app and the library of lessons are a great resource. I’m more in tune with my little one now and I have recommended this app to a few other mum friends who have also improved their baby’s sleep schedule. 
The only things I would recommend are:
- persevering in the early days as it was quite a struggle for our little one one to adjust 
- continue with short naps in the pram or car seat occasionally if you can, as our little one won’t do that any more as she likes her bed!

I’m using this app for my second baby to try to avoid making the mistakes I made with my first. The app is super helpful with giving guidance and structure to my day and ensuring I don’t drop the ball with wake windows. Helps with the mental load of taking care of two and allows me to tailor the schedule around my day.

It’s been handy to have a sleep schedule to follow for my 5 month old, which updates based on her wake/feed windows. Lots of lessons to read which is helpful. 
My little one won’t fall asleep on her own and is always rocked or fed - which is hard now as she’s getting heavy! Following this for 2 weeks and getting mixed results so far... most nights waking every 2/3 hours. The app itself is good, though I’m yet to see any signs of improvement with my baby’s sleep.

### ****- "Good info but could be more user friendly"
Got this app in the hope it would lead to better sleep for my little one. Some initial reflections: The trackers are not as easy to use as Huckleberry (smaller buttons, less colour contrast, need to scroll to save events etc). The big advantage of Little Ones is the program, which you buy separately but is accessed through the app. I was particularly looking forward to having access to the daily schedules (which include times for feeding as well as sleep) and settling methods. The program was sold as including videos to help assist use and understanding of sleep methods. I was hoping this would include videos of, for example, babies doing the different types of cries so I could understand when my own baby was crying up vs protest crying vs winding down, or demonstrations of the settling methods on real babies. In reality the videos are predominantly the founders talking to the camera and giving information which is helpful but could have been as effectively communicated in a written format. There is a lot of “troubleshooting” information on the app but I agree with other reviewers that it’s not always particularly easy to find at the time that you need it. An interactive decision tree (ie where you select from a few options to identify your problem and it then provides advice for that problem) would be helpful. I also wasn’t able to easily find on the Little Ones website the cost of having access to the Village (essentially a members’ chat forum where you can also seek advice from actual sleep consultants) to work out whether it was preferable to get a single program or the all-inclusive bundle. It’s too early to say whether the methods will work on my little one. Giving the app 4 stars for now as the information is all there - it could just do with being made a little more user friendly.

The breastfeeding tracker has bugs and the overall UX is very poor and confusing. They won’t give you a refund unless you meet very specific criteria so i’d consider what you need this app for before paying. The overall experience of the Napper app is far superior.

I was hoping this could help with my 3mo sleep but the wake windows they work with are way off for me (and way off any other sleep consultants, which you don’t know ahead of purchase), which means the app does not know what to do with the data I’m putting in. I was then refused a refund because I stopped engaging with the app, seeing it wasn’t able to give me any feedback. Avoid for younger babies, definitely for under 6 months.

I bought this app slightly hesitantly after giving birth to my first baby, as I was desperate for some sleep advice. Not only did it give that advice, but the sleep schedule was a game changer for us. We have since used the same schedule with our second child (from 8 weeks on) and it’s really helped us and the children get into a sleep rhythm. Both my children are now much improved sleepers! 
It’s clear and concise - the only thing I’d want that is currently unavailable is the option to have the next sleep schedule ‘task’ showing on my Lock Screen.
