The app seems geared to phones, so the usual snags with orientation on tablets. The programme depends a lot on writing to one's coach, and a web interface would make that easier for a lot of users. Setting daily or weekly goals is fine if they're easily quantifiable (steps, e.g.) or else if you want yes/no (vegetable portions daily) but this needs more development, particularly because the programme is all about steady improvements. -- cmcks2, 2024-11-27 ### **--- "Missing simple saving of progress" Completing the initial questionnaire and got interrupted... lost all answers. Completed quite a bit of it a second time... but page I got to had no continue option. Selected save so could come back to it. My coach ( actual person!) Julia was so encouraging and helpful and having the accountability of a real person involved really helps! You set goals and healthy behaviours, get lots of healthy recipes and can also share your healthy habits and get tips from others in the community. I’ve increased my exercise and walking /movement Significantly from an average of 4000 steps a day to 7,600 and work out a minimum of twice if week now. I learnt to better balance what I eat (protein was too low and carbs too high before) and now I’m no longer pre diabetic! Hurrah! It worked! It runs in the family, so being able to avoid that earlier on through better habits will make a huge difference to me!
