Update: Guess what? I still have stuck notifications badges months later. Proof that they do not check these reviews which make us look foolish. I hope you can understand how frustrating this experience is for us on the other side. 

The fees are insane, the app experience is filled with bugs, and I cannot successfully purchase tickets despite what various things I try. Since you charge so much for your fees, how about you pay developers adequately to fix your dumpster fire of an app? I have had a stuck notification badge for about a month and I couldn’t buy concert tickets for the last month using this app persistently getting an error code based on credit cards that are in good standing. One job…One job. I would give -3 stars if it was an option. Cannot believe I’ve paid hundreds of dollars in fees for such a terrible product.

Title pretty much says it all. No amount of troubleshooting has fixed it. Seems to be a problem that a lot of people are having. Thanks Apple for allowing not reviews to push this useless app up to 4.7 stars somehow.

I used to use this app so much more, I just wanted to buy some tickets for my mom for Christmas and when I go to purchase it makes me change my love nation password the email never arrived and the tickets I was looking at sold out, I had to get the next best option and make a new account even though I have a perfectly good one

Had an outdated number and couldn’t opt out of it or change it had to call customer service to change it which is awful when you have a show the same day that you can’t attend because
Now you cannot sell the ticket. Way to not get with the times and allow multiple ways to verify your account such as email verification.

This version won’t even get past the initial live nation screen. Can’t log in, just crashes and exits out. No amount of restarts/reinstalling fixes the issue. Can’t access tickets on PC either because PDF support was gutted to force everyone to use this broken app. Had to access via the Ticketmaster app but this is completely unacceptable from a company already under scrutiny for monopolizing even ticketing.

One of the most frustrating aspects is the app's requirement for regular password resets through a web browser, which feels completely redundant. It disrupts my workflow and adds unnecessary complexity to what should be a straightforward process.
Instead of providing a seamless user experience, the app seems to prioritize security measures that only create redundancy and frustration for users. I believe it would greatly benefit from an audit of its internal security controls to streamline the password management process and enhance overall usability-
Overall, I cannot recommend this app in its current state. Save yourself the hassle!
