I set up an account. When I logged in, it said to call costumer support. I called and they said I was denied. I have a high credit score, low debt to income, and consistent annual employment at the same company. I asked what any reasons for denial are. And they said they couldn’t tell me any necessary criteria.

The person name “Hannah” I hope I am writing the name right lol but anyway Live Oak bank has great customer service but specially “Hannah” thank you very much for helping me in every step to get my account back and all the other workers too for helping me. The app hangs after the front photo and will not complete the deposit. I dug out an old android to do my banking let’s see if it works. 

Oh also they have buggy quickbooks support and missing transactions which makes tax time extremely stressful.
