This is a great game. It keeps you on your toes. But what I do not like is that it unexpectedly closes down in the middle of a game or even collecting your prize. I wonder if I was even awarded my prize. It also consumes a lot of your battery as well unfortunately.
Can y’all get game to stop crashing! Please I love this game when things are fixed I’ll give it 5stars thanks
Last update has app crashing anytime you try to watch a video to help improve odds
That volcano update is very annoying no one wants to do that. If you’re playing at low levels you repeatedly lose and no one wants to keep seeing that.
Screen is frozen after a few plays. Sometimes app shuts down during ads.
Ever since I updated the app it loads then once it gets to the lava game, it freezes there and we’ll go no further you need to address this or I will be done playing this game
This has happened ed more than once. I purchase a package and got charged double. This time, I was charged triple. Yes!! $25 purchase… charged $75. I had to message the Facebook page because on here it gives you a contact email, however it is UNSECURED and the address is a gmail. There’s a reg flag right there. I’m sure I’ll get the auto generated “Dear Customer” response that everyone gets, but I’m waiting to see if they respond to my message on the Facebook group and rectify this quickly. I’ll update this and let you all know the outcome.
Not sure what’s going on but I NEVER RECEIVED any rewards playing the “victory beats” and other games within the game. I see my rewards and credits if I purchase but other then that, I don’t receive my rewards (coins and diamonds) when playing the victory beats and other games. You have my account, please send me some coins and diamonds. Thank you.
I won a 10.00 Amazon Gift Card. When I attempted to redeem the card, Amazon stated it has been applied to another account. Please advise as I am very disappointed in your overall approach to your customer service and support
