Designed for iOS, this enterprise version of our app Live Timecode Notes was developed in collaboration with film industry professionals to create the most productive and easy-to-use tool. With customizable tags, predefined buttons, and universal colors, this app is designed to speed up the note-taking process during live events or studio recording. Notes can later be exported as PDF or CSV file to create spreadsheets. Or they can be exported as timeline markers for Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Avid Media Composer and other post-production applications. Key features: - Create custom projects for each event or day of shooting - Create custom tags and organize them into groups - Create quick comment buttons for instant notes with predefined values - Create or join online sessions and comment together with your team (For Creation of Online Sessions a free account in EditingTools.io is required) - Set timecode to match your frame rate (23.976, 24, 25, 29.97 NDF, 29.97 DF, 30, 48, 50, 59.94 NDF, 59.94 DF, 60) - Sync Timecode by using the device camera. Film any display with SMPTE timecode and the project and device will be synced to that time. - Set timecode to another time zone to comment on remote video stream - Connect your device to an external clock or timecode generate (for example Tentacle Sync E) - Export notes as document such as PDF or CSV to generate spreadsheets - Export notes as timeline markers for film editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and Avid Media Composer - Export notes as titles for Apple Final Cut Pro X - Export notes as captions / subtitles for use as overlay in any NLE - Export notes as OTRN (Open Timecode-Related Notes) - Merge notes into ALE files into the corresponding takes - Transfer projects to other devices - Import projects from other devices. - Backup projects to the EditingTools.io cloud with one click. - Review notes with filter functions for text, timecode, and tags. Enterprise Features: - The Enterprise App allows to connect to a local server (Server for Live Timecode Notes). - We build this app with security in mind, which means no data is shared with any third party and everything is stored and processed locally unless you choose to share the files over iOS. Data processing is local, secure and confidential and can also be used for critical projects and events. - The app works offline! and does not require an internet connection! (except online sessions) We have also added two demo projects to make it easier to get started with the tools and try them out. We are very open to feedback and want to hear your ideas on how to improve the app. This app does not contain In-app purchases nor subscriptions, instead it unlocks all features after purchase. If you have any questions or feature requests, please contact our support team. We are happy to assist you! ## Live Timecode Notes Enterprise Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/25/7b/33/257b3321-3c97-0a30-fa76-446126d67909/AppStore_iPhone_5__U002800000_U0029.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/30/df/b3/30dfb325-5777-4d78-0e77-53c479a3357c/AppStore_iPhone_7_Tags__U002800059_U00291.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/e4/50/44/e45044cf-7422-b08d-bd61-70c3d7a0ad09/AppStore_iPhone_8_Sync__U00280-00-00-00_U0029.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/ce/3f/fd/ce3ffded-70c6-f548-f807-fa1659585d3d/AppStore_iPhone_6__U002800000_U0029.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/19/d7/72/19d77207-6b05-3773-5d2c-3d2c5db831e9/AppStore_iPhone_10_Online_Sessions__U00280-00-00-00_U0029.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/16/09/cd/1609cd78-6059-3ea9-3a44-822d4dd8455c/AppStore_iPhone_7_Edit_Notes__U002800000_U0029.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/13/11/ad/1311ad40-5914-cefd-1db0-8bfad1e08444/AppStore_iPhone_6_Buttons__U002800000_U00291.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 8](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/46/7c/1f/467c1f0f-50bf-f4ce-9fbf-808a01a25a80/AppStore_iPhone_2_Projects__U00280-00-00-00_U0029.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 9](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/2c/e5/37/2ce537ac-4d73-7771-6c63-19302197894d/AppStore_iPhone_9_Review_Notes__U00280-00-00-00_U0029.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 10](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/10/07/86/1007869b-070b-189a-924d-f53e9c9ec4d0/AppStore_iPhone_4__U002800000_U0029.png/1320x2868.png) ## Live Timecode Notes Enterprise Rating Breakdown in Germany - 5 stars: 1 (100%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 0 (0%) ## Live Timecode Notes Enterprise Reviews in Germany ### ***** "A Game-Changing Tool for Our Productions" A great team behind the programming! Very close to the needs of film and live production. With the live timecode notes, we have a tool at hand that allows us to massively accelerate our post-production. The ability to work with the API is also fantastic! This way, we can even build our own toolset! Thank you very much for the nice conversation at IBC25! -- julianguttzeit, 2025-09-14 [View all Live Timecode Notes Enterprise reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Live Timecode Notes Enterprise -
