My wife has dementia plus Alzheimer's and her speech is only a whisper. She is confined to a wheelchair.  Without your app I would not be able to hear her (I have a mild hearing deficit). Live Transcribe is a very interesting app for voice-to-text transcription. I am a deaf individual. I was born hearing, so this means I am a native English language speaker: my command of English was very well developed by about age 8, which is when I lost my hearing. I have been using Live Transcribe at least every other day to help me deal with a whole range of life situations: meetings with friends, social dinners with friends, doctor appointments, talks with employees in various stores, whenever I need to have voice-to-text transcription. My typical use case involves connecting a “DJI Mic 3” receiver unit to my Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max over USB-C, starting Live Transcribe, and giving each party in the discussion their own microphone/transmitter. Live Transcribe seems fairly good. It seems to be truly dependent on my cell phone’s internet connection. Using my “Pro Hours” will give me very good transcription performance, as long as the internet connection is also good. The “Pro Caption” option seems to capture and transcribe roughly 90% of the conversation under these circumstances. If the internet connection is really good, I really imagine I am getting 98-99% of the conversation captured and transcribed. 
“Basic Captions” is far less capable and often does not capture a lot of content. I tend to use “Pro Captions” for when I am having really important discussions, such as meetings with health care professionals, the various student/teacher encounters I have, meetings with friends and family, et cetera. I use “Basic Captions” in all other situations. 
Overall, Live Transcribe is certainly a “game changer” for me. I suddenly have a much more precise understanding of what is being said in a conversation. For me, it is just incredible, to be able to get this level of detailed transcription. For me it is mind blowing. That is not an exaggeration. I am getting conversational information that I was never able to get before, and the word “before”, for me, covers many decades in time. People are people, and of course, they will go in much more detail if they can speak with their voices, and quite a bit of information is provided conversationally. 
I therefore recommend Live Transcribe to other deaf individuals or other individuals who need voice-to-text transcription. It is a good product, and it is indeed a huge game changer for my communication needs.

I bought this for the year and was hoping it would be for both my phone and iPad.. do I have to purchase 2 separate subscription for each? The app is great but it’s not great for a Deaf teacher in a public middle school classroom setting where kids r constantly talking over each other. The app gets confused as much as I am. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I want to give us a high four star rating because the transcription is just fantastic. The only thing is if you x out of the transcription I get the error message transcription saving failed 100% of the time I can still press the share button to export it somewhere, but it would seem it would just auto save on exit and it never does
