App refuses to let me stream 2 devices at once. That was the whole reason I choice premium. It keeps kicking one person off or just blacking the second person from signing in. I have emailed customer support too see if then can fix it. I am hoping they can fix it or will be refunding something. Hopefully the customer services it better then the app itself :(

This servic is absolutely brutal. From the time I signed up, there’s been nothing but technical issues and cameras down. Support is also very poor, they do not have answers for anything. The only thing they can seem to successfully do is to charge your credit card right on time. Gave it four months and finally just canceled my subscription.

It’s very glitchy. Constant lag, and the picture quality isn’t good. The camera doesn’t follow the play, and it will honestly just make you more frustrated than not watching your kid play at all. Don’t bother with this app. I purchased it so my parents overseas could watch their grandkids play hockey and it’s been nothing but a headache and it’s too expensive.

I actually like the service but recently my local facility placed their logo watermark on the player covering the media controls. The response to the support ticket I submitted informing them was "the buttons still work". Sure they still work, but now the interface looks idiotic, like it was designed by a student or intern. It literally looks so stupid but they don't seem to care.

Re-activated my account today but it just kept saying that it wasn’t updated. Missed my sons game. For $30 this app is trash. I’m so unimpressed right now.

If dog shi was an app this would be it. Doesn’t save log in details for Apple TV and won’t let you watch if someone else opened the app on their phone at any time. The only resolution is a force quit because log out doesn’t work, then manually enter all your log in details. Every damn time.

Video quality is terrible and the cameras keep blacking out for no reason. Occasionally miss entire games. Might as well just have someone record the games for your team.

For the amount they charge you to watch a low quality video that only catches half the game either because the camera has know idea where the puck is or when the time slot switches and it just doesn’t record half the period, ridiculous that this is the product they pass off for the price point

Ofc a whack product like this makes it impossible to take your card off how do I take my card off I’d rather go to subway twice then sit and wait for this to load
