Spent 45 minutes entering in information for my sick daughter, scheduled the appointment, then waited 2 hours.  Finally we got a link to start the virtual appointment and when I clicked it, it said the provider had cancelled on us with no other information.  Worst of all, it didn’t save the original 8 step form we filled out, so I’d have to do it all over again to reschedule.  Waste of three hours of our time unfortunately.

The app glitches a lot. You get stuck on pages and can't go back to the menu. There's no way to confirm whether or not you are still waiting for your appointment. Forms that should be easy to fill out are less easy because it brings up the full keyboard instead of the numerical-only option in places that only need numbers, etc.

Save your money and time. This is the worst hodge podge mental health company I’ve ever seen. It’s just a bunch of junk technology, platform, and therapists thrown together and called an innovative “company”. Good idea, terrible execution. The app is very frustrating to use too, compared to TalkSpace’s app which is just seamless! Tried 1 visit on LiveHealth and I’m just going back to TalkSpace for my mental sanity.

Every time I try to this app I can’t login. I change my password but it doesn’t work. I call customer service and they tell me that the app isn’t working lately and transfer me. I can’t get the care I need. A total frustrating, waste of time

### *---- "Don’t Recommend, Out of State Provider"
I had a cat scratch that was looking like it would get infected. I decided to try a telehealth service with LiveHealth. I told the app I was located in Wisconsin and found out the doctor was from a different state when I tried to pick up the prescription. Blue cross blue shield refused to covered the medication because the doctor didn’t have Wisconsin license. Don’t bother with this app, just see someone local or drive further if needed.

I’ve had multiple appointments where the doctors didn’t show up at all. I would’ve been better off going in to a doctors office in person.

### *---- "Uneducated Providers/ Not Authorized to Prescribe"
I used this service as it was supported through my insurance. I have been been experiencing nausea for 5 days. The provider suggested I take tums. I am a nurse, he did not seem to provide much medical knowledge. He sent in a prescription for zofran for my nausea. I went to pick it up and was told he did not have authorization to prescribe medication. After our interaction this did not surprise me. I ended up going to a urgent care and getting far better medical treatment.

I booked a session through this service as directed by my insurance provider, completed my questionnaire, joined the session, everything worked correctly. 15 minutes in the physician (who had not joined yet) cancelled the session and my card was charged. I can quite happily sit and enjoy the pleasure of my own company for fifteen minutes without having to pay someone $40 for the privilege.

Good morning, I tried this morning to schedule two separate appointments for my daughter. Both times the provider canceled the appointment because I was unable to log into the meeting. Upon getting the link to enter the room with the provider, the system was asking me to enable my microphone and camera to which it should have already been enabled, and it was saying another app was using these items. I confirmed all other apps were closed on my phone and the browser still would not recognize my camera or microphone so I was unable to log into the meeting. Please fix this ASAP.
