I can’t believe how terrible this app is. The more I try to use it the worse I realize it is. The design is clumsy, the app is difficult to use. If you have a question or a claim or need to talk to somebody on the phone, it is nearly impossible. They are very good at taking your money but refunding, It is a very long process when a mistake has been made. I’ve had connectivity issues. I’ve had trouble booking with my providers. I’ve spent more time answering questions just to see a schedule and then waiting in a telehealth waiting room purgatory to find out that the providers are not available. For what we pay for healthcare, I feel like these companies should be able to make that work somewhere close to as well as just about every other app on our phones. Banks and made for gaming and for shopping, why do those apps work easily and happen to be user-friendly when this thing is basically a joke? A disgrace.

I want to use the app for counseling because my insurance pays for it, but there are practically no appointments with female providers. I logged on and found one so I scheduled scheduled a visit for the next day and then she didn’t show. I scheduled another one but the only appointment with a female I could find was almost 3 weeks out. I went ahead and scheduled it then just got an email that it was canceled by the provider. If there aren’t options that meet my needs, I won’t use the app. What’s wrong with your platform that you can’t get a variety of providers to work for you? It’s the same three guys every day.

Even if you have notifications on for this app, you are never notified of any messages within the app. The messages are hard to find, there is no badge showing any new messages. The full menu is hidden under three lines at the top left, these should be buttons shown on the main page. This app doesn’t show any past appointments within a month. Meaning if you had an appointment a week or two ago there is no record of it for at least a month. Leaving no way to contact or reference a recent appointment. This app doesn’t send your doctors info back to the Sydney app, so finding your doctor is not easy. Any interactions with this app should also show in your history on the Sydney app.

The app is incredibly buggy and seems to never work right. I’ve been using it for a year, and I’d give it about 50-50 odds of a smooth experience, whether it’s audio issues, the app just showing blank with nothing to click on or see, mystery cancellations nobody initiated, or links being sent too late to start on time. Way to add stress to already stressful situations like swing a doctor or therapist.

My provider is extremely professional and kind. This app update makes it literally impossible to contact him. I have to just check every day on the calendar and hope he is available and then wait for my appointment because the message feature is completely broken on this app. Not ideal for mental health medication management.

I setup an immediate appointment to get prescription refills. They can only do limited prescriptions which of course is not documented anywhere. You waste an appointment and the fee and have to setup another one a week later and of course give them more money.

I’ve been using this app to see my therapist for a few years now and was doing fine until the last update. You cannot update ANYTHING online. There’s no option for notifications or messages. An email is no longer sent as a reminder either. This is the worst app.

I don’t know why they have a lot of of 5 star reviews. There genuinely the worst customer service providers I’ve ever seen. The app wasn’t working and my mom had to call in 3 times before they fixed it. I’ve had many appointments that were cancelled and never rescheduled. The therapist I have seen with them which was only 2 and honestly they weren’t helpful in the slightest bit.

I’ve been using this app to see my therapist for 4+ years but after the app update earlier this year, it’s impossible. Literally. I can’t log in for scheduled appointments, the help center can see the appointment but there is no way for me to enter its very frustrating. I’ve done phone calls with livehealth 2 days now and no solution yet. Customer service people are nice but why did the app stop working?

Worked 6 months ago. With this new update, I’ve waited 4x for 5 minutes with no no clinician joining and cancelling. Technical support was rude and useless.
