STANDALONE ON YOUR WRIST
Most sports sensors need your phone nearby to display data. LiveHeat connects directly to your CORE sensor over Bluetooth and streams live readings to your Apple Watch, every second, hands-free, whether your phone is in your bag or at home.

4 TEMPERATURE ZONES AT A GLANCE
Color-coded zones show exactly where your body is:
- Baseline: normal resting temperature
- Elevated: body beginning to heat
- Heat Training: optimal training window
- Danger: take action now

A live position needle shows where you are within each zone, not just which zone you're in.

HEART RATE + TEMP TOGETHER
Pair a Bluetooth HR strap (Polar H10, Garmin, and others) simultaneously. See your core temp and heart rate side by side with independent zone indicators on a single screen.

ZONE TIME TRACKING
Track how long you've spent in each temperature zone during your session. Daily totals reset at midnight. Ideal for heat acclimatization protocols and training load monitoring.
