Just perfect for getting a quick appointment

Livi is an exceptional tool for common ailments. It’s so quick and easy to make an appointment, whereas getting an appointment with your local GP can be such a frustrating experience, not to mention the time cost. Livi doesn’t take time from your day to be seen by a GP, and the doctors are very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend to everyone, as it has helped me many times. Use it! You won’t regret it.

Getting to see my own GP is a nightmare - having to ring at 8am and waiting forever only to be told all appointments are taken. Livi provides a much needed helpful alternative as can book appointment in advance and usually same or next day. Only negative is that sometimes the GP is delayed - I have waited anything from 15 minutes to an hour in the past.

What’s the point of constantly pestering me about the appointment to then just cancel it? Got a message saying it’s delayed but the delays can be 8-15 min or sometimes up to an hour and then after a 15 delay, it’s automatically cancelled and rescheduled without my consent. This is bordering on malpractice. I’ve been trying to get diagnosed as I’m in constant pain, barely sleeping and no one professional enough to do their actual bloody job.

I can’t ring and get an appointment at my local doctors anymore. The process for getting an appointment is so long and complicated now it’s ridiculous. 18 people in the queue last time I rang them! Livi has been such an easy and simple platform where I can get a same day appointment whilst sat at home sick. The doctors seem so much more efficient and friendly. I can’t imagine going to my doctors again. All follow up advice and referrals from them are always good. Excellent service.

Spoke to a GP this am, easy booking system. The doctor took his time and listened to my concerns, I didn't feel rushed or pressured and was able to put a plan in place.
