There should be an option to copy previously entered items. I should not have to search for them repeatedly.

I have been consistently tracking my weight since November 2023. I tried logging my weight recently but when I went to check my progress, the app had signed me out randomly. I tried signing back in and it wouldn’t let me so I thought my password expired. I tried updating my password and logging back in and it still won’t let me. It’s been 2 weeks with the same problem. I have been doing good losing weight and tracking my weight via this app has been the one thing keeping me accountable. I am going to be so upset if I lose all of my data 😭

I want to export BP data to  Health, and I’d like to look at trends over several periods (month, quarter, year). Are there plans to offer this functionality?

To begin with, my goal is to lower my weight, cholesterol, and A1c. I downloaded this app because it’s part of my benefits package with my employer. The only thing I can do with it is track my weight, something I can do myself, and use it for coaching, which I could use a regular website for. There are several large features missing for the dietary tracking that will keep me from using this app. What needs to be added is barcode scanning and recipe building. I have used several others in the past to track some of my nutrition that allow me to scan the package of cheese and all of the serving size and nutrition information automatically pops up. On rare occasion, I added one to the database, allowing any other user who scanned that same product to be able to use the same information. Please add this function. I also do a lot of home cooking. Other apps let me build my recipe, for example, if I decided to make Teala with fat free half-and-half, and reduced sodium tomato sauce, add the nutrition information for each ingredient, set up the serving size, and make it quick and easy anytime I cook that meal. This is a feature that has to be added to even work. Otherwise, every time I cook the same meal, I have to add in 20 ingredients and the nutrition information for each and break down what the specific serving size is for each ingredient which means I have to pull out the calculator and I would rather just use something else. I want this app to work. What I need to track most other apps do not give you unless you sign up for the paid subscription and as this is part of my benefits package these areas specifically, I would love to use it, but as it stands, I would rather just use something else.

Trying to find out how long the benefit verification would take and I get I do not know and I would have to wait up to 10 business days and even longer so again what a complete joke

The app does not export weight and blood pressure data to Apple health. It will import step data from Apple, but it’s exports are limited. The connected scale only tracks weight unlike others. Overall the equipment and app are below average.

Slick app, but I rely heavily on ability to sync blood sugar, blood pressure, and weight to Apple Health. App currently supports pulling lab results and steps from Apple Health, and writing blood sugar to Apple Health, but does not write blood pressure or weight to Apple Health. Sure hope I see these features soon! 🙏

The blood pressure syncing is great, but the scale never syncs anymore.

Overall the app is very good. Adding the ability to send the weight and blood pressure data to Apple Health would be a great addition. The food management could benefit from having more options like MyFitnessPal which allows scanning for and seeing the dietary information of the meals.

I have tried to use this app multiple times, but it only works about half of the time so it is hard to get into the habit of using it consistently.
