## LIVVIN Reviews in Netherlands

### *---- "Unable to use app"
After dowloading the app, i made an account. I tried to log-in afterwards but since im stuck at the startup screen. When clicking get started nothing happens. I have uninstalled the app, but im unable to do anything..

### *---- "Unable to reset password"
I was subscribed by someone to this service while I wad moving to another apartment. Alright, looks like it is a relevant. But I was not able to log in. The service continues to spam to my inbox, however I have already tried to reset my password 8 times, nothing happens. There is no site for this applicable , no support address. Nothing. I am very unhappy and disappointed.
-- serpentcross, 2024-10-21

### *---- "Continuing to spam with notifications"
Turned off all non relevant notifications and somehow I keep getting annoying notifications on ‘important’ news. It’s not. I only want notifications related to my apartment block. Also not able turn off certain channels because they’re the ‘core’ of the experience. App is now deleted.
-- bramisdeman, 2024-02-13

### *---- "Quite cumbersome to turn off unwanted emails"
Installed the app in order to turn off all the new email notifications. Unfortunately you can only turn off notifications per individual message, which you are automatically assigned to.

In the first app you could see who your neighbour are. The second and now the third option don’t have this option. The other options don’t feel like a big improvement either. Missed chance, especially since the second version had so many issues.
