## LL Aberdeenshire Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Poor app"
Hard to navigate & impossible to reset password!

Classes I know are on(as instructor told me so) not showing and no one on the phone can help with booking them.
-- Girly19652012, 2024-10-22

### ***** "Swimming"
The site for the swimming pool is so easy to use and so handy
-- Suzanne mit, 2024-08-21

### *---- "Won’t let me book"
Very glitchy and despite being and app to book activities I’m unable to book!
-- mrstjed, 2024-07-29

### *---- "Clunky and not great for family bookings"
It is difficult to find what you are looking for and booking is even more of a hassle.
-- BettinaStar, 2024-04-07

### *---- "Soo bad"
I can’t get in my account I get logged out and now it’s such a nightmare
-- Mongos1616, 2024-04-06

### ***-- "Banchory Leisure"
Online system great idea but often fails to take number of players or allows you to pay when you do
Phoning often results in no one picking up
-- riches200000001, 2023-12-04

### *---- "Website from the dark ages"
Shocking website, primary school kids could have designed it much better
-- The man who wants to swim, 2023-11-17

### *---- "Poor"
Not at all user friendly and doesn’t seem to be up to date.
-- CSimHol, 2023-10-21

### **--- "Not fantastic… yet…"
I can’t make a full booking on the app yet. Quite frustrating as when I went to make the booking, an error occurred, I went to use the website instead and the space had gone. There are a few things the app could do better on, but I’ll look forward to see when it is fixed. Otherwise it’s well laid out and easy to use.
-- D.J Gonnella, 2023-10-08

### *---- "Doesn’t work for families."
So difficult to book activities for more than one child. Have to log out and log in with separate details for each person.
-- Thehosik, 2023-10-03
