LLENA(AI) is a great app to help diabetes type 2 sufferers manage their condition, but it’s great for non-diabetics who want to manage their weight and health, too. Lots of great recipes and exercise and coaching videos to help you eat healthier and stay fit.
This is a very useful app
Very easy to use, with tons of resources available right after opening it. Love the recipes and videos coaching about right nutrition and how to overcome diabetes and weight issues.
