App does not work on iPad which has iOS16.7 - it’s supposed to work on iOS14 and above. Firstly it kept whizzing round on ‘authenticating device’. Followed online advice to delete app and reload it. It worked for about a week and now refuses to open at all. Deleted it again and reloaded it and it still doesn’t work. I’ve had to load it onto my iPhone which is iOS18.1. Whilst this works, it is extremely inconvenient to use due to small size of screen. The layout of the app is also rubbish and not as good as the old App.

Overall I like the app and the layout and the support from online staff is great. 

However, I have raised complaints about not being able to access my credit score via the app and I keep getting told to ‘call.’ I would rather be able to see my credit score on the app straight away but this problem seems to have been happening since the update.

Great app once set up. It will ask you to enter a code to send to your phone. Do that. It will not recognise it. Then after 3 attempts at keying in the number, it locks you out. You then have to wait a week to get a pass number.  One chance to enter one number.
