Just claims it sends an email to verify your account but nothing happens once you click the link. Reset password says it will send an email to reset your password which never arrives. Yes I’ve checked my spam folder. Empty. What is the point of making this app impossible to use. Especially when you phone and are 14th in the queue to be answered. So typical of today. Nothing can be easy if it can be hard. After talking to one of your operators who gave me a knowing laugh then told me that it would be sorted out I hear no more. As I started to run down on meds I started going to the app to try and book another delivery but it would not allow me to so in the end I phoned you to try and get a delivery to which I received an apology and a promise of a priority delivery this was towards the end of July and I was due my next dose 1st August. It is now 11th August and I’ve had no contact from you until today when I was asked to book my next delivery.
