FIT staat voor Frequent, Intensive Therapy. In een kort tijdsbestek heb jij 2 tot 3 keer per week contact met je psycholoog via videobellen. In makkelijk te plannen online sessies van ongeveer 45 minuten krijg jij de psychische hulp die je nodig hebt. Door onze ervaring met de FIT-method, weten we dat een sGGZ-traject bij LMcare gemiddeld binnen 4 maanden volledig en succesvol afgerond kan zijn. Ons uitgangspunt hierbij is dat wij zo kort behandelen als mogelijk is, en zo lang als nodig is. Via de traditionele weg duurt dit meestal zeker 8 maanden. ----------- Themabijeenkomsten Wij doen er alles aan om jou in korte tijd weer in je kracht te zetten en terugval te voorkomen. Naast de individuele behandeling, bieden we daarom ook de mogelijkheid om online deel te nemen aan verschillende themabijeenkomsten. We bieden na het traject regelmatig diagnostische activiteiten aan en bij terugkerende klachten pakken we samen met jou de draad weer op. Deze themabijeenkomsten worden ook volledig vergoed door jouw zorgverzekeraar. ----------- E-health In de behandeling kan je ook E-health gebruiken waar je verschillende behandelmodules kan volgen. Daarnaast kan je er dagboeken invullen en klachten registreren.
