I made an account and subscribed for several months and then when I went to unsubscribe the subscription button had disappeared from my account on the app and they still charged me for the monthly subscription. Scammers 👎👎👎

I purchased a ticket to “win a house” that was $10 then it came to another screen that asked if I wanted to be a member for $5. I pressed ok, thinking it’ll ask for payment details, since I just bought a ticket they then charged me an extra $20?!?! 
That’s so wrong, if reached out by email and I’m still waiting for a response for a refund.

Great app to use only one problem tho, I can’t see the previous winners or the ones being drawn, I’ve had no problem with it till they updated the app and it started bugging out, tried deleting the app and reinstalling it then it tried telling me the password I put in was incorrect even tho I double checked it and tried Changing my password and when I tried to change it it told me I was already using that password so I tried again and it worked but still no results, I can only see as far as the 3/10/23 I can’t see yesterdays winner or todays, Any way I can fix this?
