## LMN Crew Reviews in Canada

### *---- "Incredibly frustrating"
Things don’t work half the time, information from the day just magically disappears sometimes, pretty much can’t go from one device to another or information will be lost. Don’t waist your time with this.
-- NJVDP, 2026-08-19

### *---- "Garbage"
Use it for work she don’t work most the time
-- Bbbsidhrbxn, 2025-12-15

### *---- "Please bring back LMN Time"
Please bring back LMN time. This new LMN crew app is nothing but trouble. It is full of glitches. Does not run smoothly. Is far more complicated to run. It was clearly not designed by someone who had ever worked a night shift. Since switching work on the back end had doubled if not tripled due to all the reporting errors or bugs that the crews encounter on a daily basis. LMN time had none of these issues.
As I deal with this lovely application more. More issues arise. This app is absolutely incompatible with night shift crews. Dates are completely wrong, timesheets get doubled up because they disappear off of the crews phone once the clock strikes midnight unless they search for them. When crews are busy servicing clients during a snow event they are not going to mess around with an app to try and find what they were doing. They don’t simply have the time. THE AMOUNT OF 1 STAR REVIEWS SPEAKS HOW DISAPPOINTING THIS APP IS. BRING BACK LMN TIME. AT LEAST THAT ONE WORKED!
-- Missing LMN Time, 2025-11-27

### *---- "Bring back LMN time"
Why fix something that wasn’t broken the old app worked better in every way please bring back LMN time
-- Ty 1221, 2025-11-25

### ***** "Great App!"
After using LMN Time for years there’s a massive improvement here!

Very effective for simple small crews but also for multiple large crews across different job sites.
-- Kaka hash, 2025-11-13

### *---- "No more weekly hours?"
Why you remove it
-- Tbh.dill, 2025-10-07

### *---- "Not showing total number of hours"
Why you guys remove the total number of hours each week
-- Simrn6, 2025-09-30

### *---- "Bug bugs"
Bugs bugs bugs all time
-- Sviat27, 2025-07-16

### *---- "Fix the Bugs please!"
Needs a lot of tweaking, it can’t even get the date right if you are working past midnight. It needs to be more intuitive!
-- Bertha’s Buddy, 2025-02-07

### **--- "Difficult to navigate"
The layout and interface of the app needs more improvement . Simplicity in its organization would be ideal. And just a simple clock out button would suffice.
-- HappyChappy04, 2024-12-17

### *---- "This App sucks"
This App sucks keeps kicking me out and I have to log in with my email I lose my notes and time sheets sometimes more things to scroll through and you can’t do multiple time sheets LMN Time was better.
-- WeedMan98, 2024-07-16

### *---- "Annoying app."
I have to use this app daily.

Multiple times throughout the day, it’ll crash trying to upload photos.
It randomly deletes typed notes.
There’s no real bug logging built into the app, so devs have no clue and rely solely on bug reports.
It’s been awful for so many years, the version before this “new” UI had the same problems.
-- ThisGuyFheks, 2024-07-16

### *---- "Not good and under developed"
Kicks you out of the app all the time. Loses data that you have to punch back in if you get kicked out by the app. Tells me I can’t clock into another job because I am in a different one even tho I punched out and did notes. They get deleted too. This app makes time on site worse. The first one sucked and this one is just as bad. Has to be a scam or a long con to be this bad
-- ThatGuyLooking, 2024-05-15

### *---- "Poor preforming"
Has lots of Bella and whistles , so many more buttons to press now, it takes longer to use, shows scheduled time per project as total hours and not the breakdown of hours per size of team & that can cause mistakes. Times out a lot . Sometimes more features makes for a clunky product
-- Kinda wish it worked better, 2024-03-27

### *---- "Notes disappearing"
After writing out multiple notes and finishing my time sheet for submission they just disappear. It’s happened 4 times now and I’ve had the new app for a month! Very frustrating

### ***** "LMN 5 Day Training"
The 5-day LMN training provided valuable insights for everyone who participated. It demonstrated the powerful features of LMN in gathering, tracking, and presenting data that boost the business's operational efficiency, productivity, and overall profitability. Additionally, it emphasized the importance of utilizing LMN-generated reports for making well-informed decisions that can significantly enhance the business's growth and financial success.

Kudos to LMN trainers Jai Somani, Chris & Christian!!
-- Thomson M, 2024-02-02

### *---- "Don’t fix what’s not broken"
Recently was forced to switch to LMN crew from LMN time.
Don’t be fooled by it’s esthetics. This app is not functional and was clearly designed by someone who has not worked in the field.
I am in snow and ice management and the fact you cannot create multiple time sheets in one day is ridiculous and needs to be fixed ASAP. It is absolutely terrible to work with if you are trying to do a double shift. Creates endless time gaps and overlap errors. HELP!
