Details of the loan will not show on the app. Not sure why HDFC Bank provided this app I didn’t expect this

The emi amount will be debited from your account but in transaction history it will show unpaid. This issue happens every month! And we have to contact the email support for each and every month! The name of this account is loanassist! What the hell are you guys doing ? This is what you guys call assist?

Lots of bugs and Crash allways

HDFC Loan Assist app's frequent crashes during login and loan application processes severely hinder user experience. Despite its promise of convenience, these technical issues undermine its reliability. Users expect seamless functionality, especially when dealing with financial matters. Such persistent flaws reflect poorly on HDFC's commitment to customer satisfaction and may deter potential users. Improvement in stability and performance is imperative to regain trust and ensure a smoother loan application process.

Lot of issues

I have chosen Channel partner, but App is not letting me proceed without a branch code. Have I selected branch as the channel code, then it makes sense. I have been spending a lot of time on this and no way to move forward.
