Blocking accounts without prior notice or explanation is outrageous and demonstrates a complete lack of respect for customers. It’s clear the focus is on squeezing money out of users rather than providing a reliable and trustworthy service. Customer support is virtually non-existent, leaving users stranded and frustrated.
