For years ive been looking for a homeloan calculator on dozens of bank and various other kinds of websites and apps. NONE could do what i wanted. I just wanted to be able to work out how multiple lump sums and extra repayments would affect a 5yr fixed and 20yr variable loan. Which I didn't think was too much to ask. Apparently it was. Because this is THE ONLY APP THAT CAN DO IT. Thank you guys so much.

I tried lots of loan apps. This one is simply the best for ease of use and wealth of features. 
My husband and I want to pay off our mortgage sooner. With this app, we could add extra repayments when child1 finishes uni, another set of extra payments when child2 finishes uni, a one-off payment from selling a motorbike, etc. 
I didn't need to use the help section, but when I checked it, I saw it was very clear, detailed and explained even more features.
