## Loanr Description
The first ever peer-to-peer lending platform that uses collaterals as security! Users are able to lend to one another- the borrower sets the repayment amount, the repayment date, and chooses what collateral they want to provide to the lender. The lender is then responsible of securing the collateral, and holds on to the collateral until the amount is repaid.

How is Loanr different from any other traditional personal loan apps?

Loanr is a secured collateral loaning marketplace, which means that your peers will store your belongings in their possession until the loan is repaid in full. Other loaning platforms may refer you to collections if you do not pay back on time. At Loanr, the lender will keep your possession in case of repayment- no collection agencies involved!

About APR:
APR (Annual Percentage Rate) is the annualized interest rate charged when you request money in advance. It combines the nominal interest rate and some fees or additional costs that can be involved when you get a loan. The APR on quick loan options varies, with lenders offering rates of 5.99% to 35.99% on unsecured personal loans for borrowers with a good credit score.

Disclosure: The maximum Annual Interest Rate can only go up to 36% on Loanr

Our app is not involved in the lending process, thus we can’t state any specific APR you will be offered applying for a loan today. The credit decisions and terms depend solely on the lender but can not exceed 36% APR. The lender is legally required to inform you of the APR and other loan terms before executing the agreement. Some states have strict laws limiting the APR rates and fees that a lender can charge you. Only the lender you are connected with can inform you of specific rates and terms in accordance with the local laws.

I was looking for a $200 loan, so what makes you think I can pay the $60 monthly fee. It’s a total scam. Multiple people are complaining and giving you guys a one star review because of the fee… but for some reason (probably greed) you aren’t willing to change it.

This is the worst app ever. They tell you, you will get your fees refunded if you don’t get a loan within 48hours. It’s now been over a month and not only have I not gotten my fee back, I was also charged the fee again a month later bc they have not cancelled my acct like I’ve asked for a month now. They will not answer any messages and there is no other way to contact them.

This app is a scam. I requested a loan 4 days ago. Paid the 149 fee and all, I didn’t get no loan nor did I get refunded, on top of me not being able to contact them…. update, it’s now February 11th, I still haven’t received my money back nor did I receive a loan. I have been waiting to get a loan for more than 2 weeks and still nothing. Now I have been charged a fee of $149.99 for nothing. I need a refund please.

I payed for the $60 subscription, posted my request …waited 48 hours and nothing. I also see Loanr tried to charge my card an additional $52 TWICE for absolutely no reason or explanation. Please just refund me. They have no support email or customer service …it’s sooo scammy …i had hope but it just seems like all the lenders are not actually real and will just skip your loan request. 

I have all my documents too so it’s just odd …please just refund me

### ***** "Great app, a bit of a new approach"
This is a great app and has a really innovative approach to lending. You pay a certain fee to request a loan, but if the loan is not granted, then you get your money back.

I would say that for other people where it did not work out was because they didn’t have paystubs and thought that the loan was 100% guaranteed. 

Overall, great app.
