I am writing this review on behalf of my sister, who had availed previous loans but last repayment took time due to suffering from trauma and treatment for that. They charge high amount of interest, even on the overdue dates. But their agent, named Nisha Parveen is extremely ill behaved; when due to technical issues they could not disburse the amount on time for emergency, all escalation numbers and agent numbers went non responded. When repayment was delayed by 5 days, even after knowing the critical reason their ill behaved agents started marking emails taking contacts from official email id, which is an unethical practice.

Good guidance provided by Mr Pranav. He was so quick and precise. The LoanWalle should consider to increase the tenure of the loan. Rest seams ok.

They approve the loan first time and force us to put 5 star rating and add good review and ask for screenshot of the review as proof. Later once repaid on time, they don’t provide any loans and no response. For 45k loan, the disbursal amount is 40500 and the repayment amount is 61650 for 37 days which seems to be very high. Think twice before you go for it.

I had good experience with loanwalle. I interacted with Rishikant and he was very quick and processed the loan not more than 10 mins.
