payment issue

please dont use this app there are much better apps in the market. i had transacted around 165$ for the airdrop but when i transferred the amount in my other wallet amount got deducted from here but i haven’t received it yet and i have mailed them but no reply so guyz please dont waste your time here its been 2months now and still no reply just imagine how poor the app is .
