Quite possibly the worst app in DHA
Aside from the app itself being app, their service is horrible. They will always try to find a way to charge you more than the days you had the service. We paid for housekeeping and the housekeeper ended up taking a break for over 3 weeks. We were never reimbursed for it. They will also never believe the customer or admit fault in any way. Their contracts are very vaguely worded. If u actually like one of the workers’ service, all likelihood is that LGT will simply take that person away from u within weeks and give you a new one. Horrible, horrible company with no sense of professionalism or care for their customers. Could not recommend it less. They also underpay their employees (they have over 60-70% profit margin per employee).
