I’ve used this company before for a few years and everything was working great and their customer service was on point for everything you needed. In the last couple of years their service has gotten so bad. On my last trip the calls worked only 50% of the time. But more importantly, I’ve been trying to contact them for almost a month now and no one is helping me. I asked for a refund and to stop the service because there is no option to only purchase it for one month. You have to call to cancel when you no longer need the service. Which on its own is a red flag for a business model in the phone industry. I let them know via email that I can’t talk over the phone and must use an email to communicate with them and cancel. Since then they stopped responding. They did communicate with me via email with a very quick response time on the sign up for the service. After that I’m 5 emails in over the past month and no one is responding. I had to cancel the service and dispute the transaction directly with my credit card company. They used to be good but something really bad happened there. I’d highly recommend not to use this service.

Don’t waist your time This is unprofessional app Or service You download the app Sign up No information No contact information No billing information And also error message not cell service I have a full 4 bars and WiFi

This is a very bad application in need of major repair and redesign.

Not good service and the app not working as expected, החיוב מגיע מחברה אחרת וכל פעם צריך להתקשר לתמיכה טכנית בגלל שזה לא עובד בצורה רציפה, כאשר אני מחייג זה משמיע צלצול חיוג ואז פתאום זה או שמשמיע הודעה שהמספר טלפון שלי חסום לחול או שצליל תפוס!!! יש שירות של גוגל שנקרא גוגל וויס שיכול לתת מענה הרבה יותר טוב
