I used LANDrop for the same purpose and I was satisfied with it except sometimes it couldn’t detect peers and I have no alternative than restart my iPhone, which is quite annoying. LocalSend has the ability to restart its server to rediscover peers, which I find very handy. The ability to send a whole folder is also a big plus. Encryption and the call sign feature to identify the partners is a big plus for security. Open source also helps eat any concern about privacy. 

One thing though: right after install, LocalSend didn’t appear on the share-list of my iPhone (iOS 16.6). I have to restart the phone to make the app appear on its share-list.

Suggestion: Any change we can use the same app for Bluetooth connections?
